How Bookings Work
(No Calendars, No Stress)
Forget about complicated schedule synchronization. The booking management process is highly flexible and happens right on your smartphone:
- You register on the platform.
- A client selects you and submits a request for their desired date and time.
- You receive a short notification in Telegram with the booking details (package, price, date).
- Right in the chat, you click one of the buttons: "Accept", "Decline", or "Propose another time" (e.g., shift it by a few hours or move it to another day).
- We contact the client on your behalf, coordinate all the details, and send the client your booking confirmation.

Just fill out the form below. Here is what we need:
No need to resize and upload photos one by one. Simply upload them to a Google Drive folder and paste the link to that folder here. Add 1 avatar photo and up to 50 of your best works (Create subfolders in the main folder and organize the photos by category, as shown in this example. Minimum resolution - 1600px on the longest side). We will prepare and optimize the photos for the website ourselves.
Write 2-3 sentences about yourself and your style in your native language. We will beautifully translate your text into English and all other platform languages.
Specify your primary city, as well as a list of nearby cities you are willing to travel to for a shoot.
Specify the languages you can fluently communicate in with clients.
Make sure the link (your username) is correct! This is exactly where requests for new bookings will arrive.
Check the boxes for the formats you are willing to work in (photos, Reels videos, AI editing, etc.).

Gift your clients a discount for their future travels.
- Example: You are a wedding or family photographer. When delivering the final gallery, simply give your clients a gift: a link with a 5% or 10% discount on photoshoots in other cities on FrameForLife (perfect for their honeymoon or next vacation).
- Your Benefit: As soon as your client uses this link in Paris, Dubai, or Tokyo, they are assigned to you. Depending on the discount you gave them, you receive up to 10% passive commission from this order, and a full 10% from all their future trips!
- Zero Cost: You act as a caring professional offering a bonus, and we turn that gesture into your passive income.
- Create your personal page on the platform (see example) - and let it work for you:
- Free international portfolio: your work is seen by clients from all over the world looking for a photographer in your city.
- We handle the marketing and bring clients to you. You pay a 20% commission only upon a successful order and keep 80% - with no ad spend or extra hassle.
The Ground Rules — Short and Honest
- You are an independent professional — not our employee or agent. You work with your own equipment, style and schedule, and you remain free to work with your own clients and any other platforms. No exclusivity.
- The photoshoot contract is concluded directly between you and the client. You are responsible for the shoot, editing and delivery — your name, your reputation, your work. We provide the platform: your multilingual page, booking requests and support.
- You keep the copyright to your photos. Clients receive a personal-use licence, exactly as stated in the package terms. Publishing photos of clients in your portfolio requires the client's separate consent.
- You handle your own taxes and legal registration in your country, as with any freelance work. The platform does not withhold taxes for you.
- Client data is for the shoot only. Contact details you receive with a booking may be used solely to prepare and perform that session: no own mailing lists, no sharing or selling to anyone, and the data must be deleted after the order unless the law requires you to keep it.
- Fair play protects everyone. In case of serious or repeated complaints, no-shows or rule violations, we may issue a warning or remove a photographer from the platform — this keeps client trust high for every other photographer.
Your Income & Transparent Economics
Everything is simple, fair, and transparent
We do not hide our numbers. Here is a clear breakdown based on every $100 of the base price. You act in two roles: as a Photographer (when you shoot) and as a Partner (when your client travels and shoots with someone else).
Note: the breakdown below applies to bookings paid online via the platform. For bookings where the client pays you directly at the meeting location, you receive your share immediately on site, and the same percentages apply to the platform commission.
