How It Works
Quick and easy booking your ideal photographer with stress-free cancellation
Step 1: Choose your city
On the homepage, browse the list of popular cities and locations and choose the place where you would like to have your photoshoot, whether you are traveling there or already live there. Once you click on the city, you will move on to Step 2. Can't find your city? Simply use the search bar to look for it and continue to Step 2. Or click "Destinations / Pricing" in the top menu to see the full list of available locations. Find your city, click on it, and proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Choose a package and send your request
After selecting your city, you will be taken to a page where you can view and compare the typical prices and available Photo, AI-Art and Reels packages of independent local photographers. Further down this page, you'll find photographers in this city who can bring your ideas to life. Choose a photographer, visit their page, view their portfolio, review their prices, fill out the request form, and send your request directly to them. Your booking becomes final when the photographer confirms it — the photographer will respond as soon as possible to confirm the booking or offer an alternative. If you haven't found the right photographer yet, please fill out the request form below — we will match your request with available independent photographers in your city. We typically respond within two to three days.
Step 3: Meet your photographer
On the day of your photoshoot, please arrive 15 minutes early so you have time to meet your photographer and discuss the location, your ideas, and the details of the session. Your photographer will share a few helpful tips based on their experience, help you relax and feel natural in front of the camera, and may also show you beautiful spots and hidden corners of that part of the city.
Step 4: Receive your photos
After the photoshoot, you can simply enjoy the rest of your day while your photographer takes care of the rest. Your photographer will carefully edit your photos and deliver them within the time stated in your booking confirmation. You will receive a gallery of high-quality images that capture real emotions and memorable moments, ready for download, sharing, or printing in your travel album.
Stress-Free Cancellation
No need to worry if your plans change. A completely stress-free cancellation policy applies to all bookings, so you can book with confidence:
- A 20% deposit secures your booking — the remaining balance is paid directly to your photographer at the meeting location.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session (local time of the photoshoot city). If your plans change, let us know in advance, and your 20% deposit will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session: the 20% deposit is retained as a cancellation fee in favour of the photographer to compensate for their exclusively reserved time.
And if your photographer ever has to cancel, we will find you a comparable replacement photographer for the same date, at the same price and conditions — our matching service costs you nothing extra. If no replacement can be found, everything you have already paid for this booking will be refunded in full.
