Cancellation Policy

Please note that photoshoot sessions booked via frame-for-life.com are services related to leisure activities that are scheduled for a specific date and time. In accordance with § 312g paragraph 2 no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Article 16 (l) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. By confirming a photoshoot booking, the consumer acknowledges that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to this appointment-based service.

Although there is no statutory right of withdrawal for scheduled photoshoot sessions, we offer a voluntary, fair and transparent cancellation policy that goes beyond our legal obligations. This policy is designed to give our clients maximum flexibility and peace of mind when booking:

• Payment is due at the meeting location - no advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: Free of charge. You may cancel your booking at no cost whatsoever if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session.
• Cancellation on the same day, at least 2 hours before the session: We will charge only 10% of the total session price to cover the photographer's preparation time and reserved time slot. You retain 90% of the total cost.
• Cancellation less than 2 hours before the session: We will charge 20% of the total session price. This partial fee reflects the non-recoverable time and costs already committed by the photographer.

Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing by e-mail to info@art-trash.com or via the contact form on our website. The time of receipt of your cancellation notice is decisive for determining which cancellation condition applies. We understand that travel plans and personal circumstances can change unexpectedly. This voluntary cancellation policy is our commitment to ensuring a simple, fair and stress-free experience for every client.

As the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to scheduled photoshoot services as described above, the model withdrawal form pursuant to Annex 2 of the EGBGB is not applicable to contracts concluded via frame-for-life.com. Should you wish to cancel your booking, please use the voluntary cancellation policy described above and contact us directly by e-mail.

This cancellation policy is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
